How you know you need this

A key role is vacant. The position is advertised, but it will take months to fill – and decisions must be made in the meantime.

The team keeps working, but architectural questions pile up because nobody may or wants to decide them.

You want to fill the position only once it is clear what it should actually cover.

Immediate filling of the role, usually within a few weeks.
Technical leadership of the team: direction, priorities, technical decisions.
Ongoing operational decisions with documented reasoning, so they hold after the change.
Onboarding concept and handover to the successor – the role does not become a permanent arrangement.
